Ingredients
Tuna Cakes

5 oz cans
Bumble BeeĀ® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water
1/4
cup
whole wheat panko crumbs
1/4
cup
red peppers
diced
1/4
cup
green onions
chopped
1
egg
1/2
cup
lite mayonnaise
1
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1/4
cup
fresh parsley
chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1
tablespoon
olive oil
Dill Sauce
1/2
cup
lite mayonnaise
1
tablespoon
sweet relish
1
teaspoon
onion flakes
2
teaspoon
lemon juice
1/4
teaspoon
dried dill weed
pinch
salt and pepper
Instructions
Drain water from tuna then combine all tuna cake ingredients into a bowl. Stir until well combined.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet.
Form patties with the tuna mixture and add to warm skillet.
Cook for about 5-10 minutes on each side or until they have a crispy texture.
In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
