Ingredients

cup
all purpose or white whole wheat flour
2
teaspoons
baking powder
1
cup
non-fat Greek yogurt, plain
1
egg, beaten
Toppings: everything seasoning, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Place parchment paper or a silicone sheet on a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Stir until well combined.
Stir in yogurt until the mixture looks like small crumbles.
Add a dusting of flour to a work surface. Kneed dough about 15 times or until its no longer tacky.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts about 3/4 inch thick. Form dough into desired shape.
Place dough onto the baking sheet, brush dough with beaten egg and add desired toppings.
Bake for 25 minutes on top rack of oven until bagels are golden brown.
