Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Place in a plastic sealed gallon-size bag along with the thawed shrimp. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Remove shrimp from marinade and thread onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them for about 30 minutes first to avoid scorching during grilling.
Add skewers to grill over medium heat. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
If grilling vegetables, drizzle with Mazola Corn Oil and place them on a grill pan. Heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
