Graham cracker crust

sleeve graham crackers (about 1 1/2 cups crushed)

package cream cheese, softened

whipped topping (Cool Whip)

powdered sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon
lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Crush graham crackers using a food processor or place them in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Melt butter in microwave.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, crushed graham crackers, brown sugar.
Stir until well combined and add evenly to a 12-muffin pan.
Let chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
To Make Cheesecake
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, whipped topping, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Mix well until thorough blended.
Add equal amounts of the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
Top each with fresh berries.
Place in freezer, then when ready to serve, let thaw on counter for about 20-30 minutes.
