brown sugar

honey
1/4

canola oil

vanilla extract

fruit
strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc
Greek yogurt
strawberry flavor

chia seeds

walnuts
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl combine oats, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Heat honey and canola oil in microwave for 30 seconds on high in a microwave safe bowl.
Stir honey, canola oil and vanilla into oats mixture.
Add about 2 tablespoons of granola mix into each muffin cup, pushing granola around the bottom and sides of each muffin cup.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until granola is lightly brown.
Let granola cups completely cool then fill each with Greek yogurt and top with your favorite fruit toppings, chia seeds and walnuts.
