Simple Baked Panko Crusted Chicken Legs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds chicken legs about 12 legs
  • 2 cups whole wheat Panko crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheeese
  • black pepper and salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl then place on a plate.
  • On another plate combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  • Dip each chicken leg into beaten eggs, then into bread crumb mixture. Coat well.
  • Place chicken legs on baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
