turkey kielbasa
cut into 1/4 inch slices

olive oil

minced garlic

medium onion
chopped

green pepper
chopped

sugar
salt and pepper to taste

rice wine vinegar

teaspoons
Dijon mustard

green cabbage chopped

teaspoons
caraway seeds

red skin potatoes
chopped

Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped potatoes and sauté until tender.
In another large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Add kielbasa and saute until cooked thoroughly (about 10 minutes).
Add onions, pepper, minced garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard, cabbage and water.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes then add caraway seeds and cooked potatoes. Continue simmering for another 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and no liquid remains.
