No-Bake Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

A high protein delicious chocolate snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp protein powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips divided

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, honey and oats together.
  • Add vanilla, Hemp protein powder and 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Remove from refrigerator and form into 1-inch balls.
  • Coat balls with remaining mini chocolate chips.
  • Keep balls refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
