No-Bake Chocolate Chip Energy Bites
A high protein delicious chocolate snack!
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Hemp protein powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips divided
Mix peanut butter, honey and oats together.
Add vanilla, Hemp protein powder and 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and form into 1-inch balls.
Coat balls with remaining mini chocolate chips.
Keep balls refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
