sesame oil

minced garlic

large onion
sliced

green pepper
sliced

red pepper
sliced

orange pepper
sliced

pound
top round steak
sliced thin

can beef broth
low-sodium

tablespoons
cornstarch
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
reduced sodium
Instructions
Whisk together beef broth, cornstarch and soy sauce. Set aside.
Over medium-high heat, add oil to a large wok or frying pan.
Add vegetables and cook until tender.
Add steak to pan and cook until done.
Add beef broth mix to pan and stir until sauce thickens.
Notes
Serve over brown rice.
