Beef Stir Fry with Bell Peppers

A simple beef stir fry perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 orange pepper sliced
  • 1 pound top round steak sliced thin
  • 1 can beef broth low-sodium
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce reduced sodium

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together beef broth, cornstarch and soy sauce. Set aside.
  • Over medium-high heat, add oil to a large wok or frying pan.
  • Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  • Add steak to pan and cook until done.
  • Add beef broth mix to pan and stir until sauce thickens.

Notes

Serve over brown rice.
