Frozen Chocolate Graham Cracker Sandwiches
A light chocolate "ice cream" treat that's the perfect portion size!

Ingredients

package of instant chocolate pudding
1 3/4
cup
skim milk
1
cup
whipped topping
12
sheets of chocolate graham crackers
1/2
cup
walnuts
finely chopped (optional)
1/2
cup
mini chocolate chips
optional
Instructions
Beat pudding mix and skim milk for 2 minutes.
Stir in whipped topping until combined.
Let sit at least 5 minutes.
Place half of each graham cracker sheet on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
Add about 1/2 cup of mixture onto each graham cracker square.
Optional: dip each side of the sandwiches with chopped walnuts or mini chocolate chips.
Place in freezer for at least 1 hour before enjoying then let thaw about 20 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
Make sure to remove all the air from the bags before freezing the sandwiches.
