applesauce

granulated sugar

eggs

ripe bananas

all-purpose flour

cup
whole wheat flour

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
baking soda
½
teaspoon
salt
½
cup
chopped walnuts
Instructions
Combine canola oil, applesauce, sugar and eggs. Beat until well combined.
Mash bananas and add to mixture.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and add to mixture while stirring.
Add walnuts just until combined.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-17 minutes.
