Oven Roasted Asparagus with Garlic Lemon & Asiago Cheese

bunch of asparagus

tablepoons
olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
juice from one lemon
(about 2 tablespoons)
salt and black pepper to taste
1/4
cup
Asiago cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil.
Rinse and trim ends of asparagus and place on baking pan.
Drizzle asparagus with olive oil, coating well.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
Roast for about 15 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Asiago cheese.
