Ingredients

applesauce
unsweetened
½
cup
granulated sugar

eggs

teaspoon
vanilla extract

bananas
mashed (about 4 bananas)

cups
white whole wheat flour
½
cup
all purpose flour

cup
old fashioned oats
¼
cup
flaxseed
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1
teaspoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
baking soda
¼
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract and bananas.
In another large bowl mix the remaining dry ingredients together.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until all ingredients are combined.
Add batter to loaf pan and sprinkle top with additional oats if desired.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until baked thoroughly.
Notes
Serve with jam or butter if desired (I used Light Olivio)
