Healthy Greek Yogurt Egg Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-size bowl, combine eggs, celery and green onions .
  • In another bowl, combine dressing ingredients and stir until well combine.
  • Stir dressing into egg-vegetable mixture.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
