Ingredients

avocado
peeled and sliced

cherry tomatoes
chopped in half

cups
cooked canned fresh corn

cup
cucumber
chopped
dressing
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1/4
cup
fresh cilantro
chopped
1
tablespoon
lime juice
1/2
teaspoon
lime zest
salt and black pepper
Instructions
Combine all vegetables in a bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl, stir well.
Pour dressing over vegetables.
Store in refrigerator.
