No-Bake Almond Cranberry Bites
Energy bites sweetened with dried cranberries and honey.
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds crushed
Mix peanut butter, honey and oats together until oats are well coated.
Stir in vanilla extract, chia seeds and dried cranberries.
Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Form mix into bite-size balls.
Roll each ball in crushed almonds.
Keep refrigerated in a sealed container.
