No-Bake Almond Cranberry Bites

Energy bites sweetened with dried cranberries and honey.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup almonds crushed

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, honey and oats together until oats are well coated.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, chia seeds and dried cranberries.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Form mix into bite-size balls.
  • Roll each ball in crushed almonds.
  • Keep refrigerated in a sealed container.
