Ingredients

top sirloin
cut into 1-inch cubes

red onion

red bell pepper
Marinade
1/4
cup
sesame oil
1/4
cup
canola oil
1/4
cup
low-sodium soy sauce
1/2
cup
sugar
1
tablespoon
minced garlic
1
teaspoon
ground ginger
black pepper and salt to taste
sesame seeds
optional
green onions
optional
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients. Add onions, peppers and steak.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Place steak cubes, onions and peppers on skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for about 10 minutes prior to using to prevent scorching.
Place kabobs on grill for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
