Broccoli Salad with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups OR 1 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries cherry flavored
  • sunflower seeds OR pine nuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed

Dressing

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all salad ingredients.
  • Combine dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour dressing over salad and stir until well coated.
  • Refrigerated until ready to serve.
