4-6 ounces each, cooked

egg
1/2
cup
whole wheat Panko crumbs
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
smoked paprika
1/2
teaspoon
dry mustard
1/8
teaspoon
black pepper
1/4
cup
fresh parsley
finely chopped
canola oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
From mixture into equal size patties.
Coat a skillet with canola oil over medium-high heat.
Add patties to skillet. Heat on both sides for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
