Roasted Green Beans with Feta Cheese
A nutritious twist to traditional roasted green beans with feta cheese and walnuts.

- 16 oz. bag frozen green beans thawed
- 1/2 cup cow's-milk feta cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or olive oil sprayer
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thaw the green beans in microwave for about 4 minutes.
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with olive oil (or use a non-stick baking pan).
Add the green beans to the pan in a single layer.
Coat green beans with oil sprayer (or mix green beans with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl prior to adding to the baking pan).
Sprinkle feta cheese, walnuts, parsley and dill over top of the green beans.
Cook for 20 minutes or until the green beans are crisp-tender.
