Ingredients

pound
top sirloin steak
cut into slices
1
egg
2
cups
broccoli
1/2
cup
carrots
shredded
1/2
cup
bean sprouts
8
ounces
rice noodles
1
(8 ounce) jar
Pad Thai sauce
2
green onions
chopped
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1/4
cup
peanuts
optional
black pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
Cook noodles according to directions.
Add olive oil to large skillet over medium heat.
Add egg to skillet, scramble lightly. Add steak slices and season with black pepper and salt. Cook for about 3-5 minutes per side.
Add broccoli, carrots and bean sprouts. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add noodles and Pad Thai sauce. Stir to coat.
Top with green onions and peanuts.
