30 Minute Steak Pad Thai

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound top sirloin steak cut into slices
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar Pad Thai sauce
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup peanuts optional
  • black pepper and salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to directions.
  • Add olive oil to large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add egg to skillet, scramble lightly. Add steak slices and season with black pepper and salt. Cook for about 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Add broccoli, carrots and bean sprouts. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add noodles and Pad Thai sauce. Stir to coat.
  • Top with green onions and peanuts.
