Ingredients

orzo
cooked and cooled

cup
cherry tomatoes
1
bell pepper
chopped
1/2
cup
mini cucumbers
chopped
1/4
cup
red onion
diced
1/2
cup
feta cheese
1
(15 ounce) can
garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
Dressing
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
1/2
cup
olive oil
2
tablespoons
lemon
2
teaspoons
honey
black pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
Cook orzo according to directions. Rinse with cold water.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl, whisk until well combined.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients (orzo, tomatoes, pepper, cucumbers, red onion, feta cheese and garbanzo beans.
Toss salad with dressing.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
