Instructions
If salmon is frozen, cover with cold water and place in the refrigerator until thawed.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard and garlic. Stir until well combined.
Place thawed salmon fillets onto the prepared baking pan with skin facing down. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the sauce over the top of the salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes, then spoon the remaining sauce over top of the salmon and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until thouroughly cooked. Internal temperature should reach at least 145 degrees F.
