Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Syrup

  • rimmed baking pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut into halves
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • olive oil (to coat pan)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a rimmed baking pan with olive oil (I use the Misto sprayer).
  • Place Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the pan.
  • Sprinkle seasonings over Brussels sprouts.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are darkened.
  • Place Brussels sprouts and maple syrup in a bowl, stir gently.
