Apple Cranberry & Almond Coleslaw

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz. bag shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine cabbage, almonds, apple and dried cranberries.
  • In another bowl combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined and add to cabbage mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
