cod filets, frozen or fresh

teaspoon
paprika
salt and black pepper to taste
Mango Salsa
1
mango, peeled and diced
1/4
cup
red pepper, diced
1
tablespoon
green onions, chopped
1
tablespoon
fresh cilantro, minced
1
tablespoon
fresh lime juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place cod on baking sheet and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until fish is cooked to 145 F and separates easily with a fork.
Combine mango, red pepper, green onions, cilantro and lime juice in bowl. Stir until combined.
Just before serving, top each filet with mango salsa.
