Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Microwave almond butter for about 30 seconds or until softened.
  • In a large bowl combine almond butter with remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  • Remove from refrigerator and form into balls.
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
