Easy Halloween Oreo Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreos (including cream filling)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 ounces chocolate wafers
  • Halloween sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Add Oreos to a food processor. Blend until they are crumbs.
  • Add cream cheese and mix until it forms a large ball.
  • Form mixture into equal size balls and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Melt chocolate wafers according to package directions.
  • Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place them on another cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle each chocolate covered truffle with Halloween sprinkles.
