15 ounce can bean sprouts, drained OR 1/2 cup raw bean sprouts
Sauce:
1tablespoonsesame oil
1teaspoonginger
1/4cupHoisin sauce
1/4cupsoy saucelow sodium
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1tablespooncorn starch
salt and black pepper to taste
18 ounce package Lo Mein Noodles
Instructions
Cook noodles according to directions (mine took 5 minutes).
Heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil over medium heat in a large wok. Add steak cubes and cook about 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from wok when they are mostly cooked.
Add vegetables to same wok and another tablespoon of sesame oil if needed.
Combine sauce ingredients and mix together.
Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add cooked beef, sauce and noodles to wok. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
