Ingredients
1 to 1/2
pounds
top sirloin steak
cubed
1
red onion
chopped
2
zucchini
sliced into circles
1
yellow bell pepper
chopped
1
16 ounce can pineapple tidbits (save juice)

tablespoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
ginger
Marinade
1/2
cup
pineapple juice
from can
1/4
cup
soy sauce
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
1/4
cup
honey
2
teaspoons
minced garlic
Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
Place steak and marinade into a sealed plastic bag.
Refrigerate for 1 hour up to 24 hours.
Combine vegetables and pineapple in a bowl and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder and ginger.
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent scorching.
Add marinated steak and vegetables to skewers.
Grill kabobs on high for about 5 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
