Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 ounce can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
  • 1 cucumber sliced and quartered
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Optional: fresh parsley feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Combine Chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes and Italian dressing.
  • Top with feta cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
