Ingredients

15 ounce can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed

cucumber
sliced and quartered
1
cup
cherry tomatoes
chopped
salt to taste
1/4
cup
Italian dressing
Optional: fresh parsley
feta cheese
Instructions
Combine Chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes and Italian dressing.
Top with feta cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
