Green Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

A protein-packed nutritious smoothie!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 1 cup kale chopped
  • 1 cup Dannon Oikos Vanilla Triple Zero Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons Jif Peanut Powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
