Wild Blueberries and Pomegranate Smoothie

A delicious smoothie filled with fiber and calcium!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 cup loose spinach leaves
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until desired texture.
  • Serve immediately.
