Ingredients

red cabbage

olive oil

large onion
sliced

apples
sliced

water

apple cider vinegar

brown sugar

caraway seeds
Instructions
In a large sauté pan, add oil and heat over medium high heat.
Add cabbage, onions and water and cook for about 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.
Stir apples, vinegar, brown sugar and caraway seeds and cook until all liquid is evaporated and apples are tender.
