Jewish Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Topping:
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix together butter, granulated sugar and vanilla.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well in between each egg.
  • Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Stir in sour cream.
  • In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients. Stir well.
  • Add half of the batter to the bundt cake pan, followed by half of the nut mixture. Add the remaining batter and top with the remaining nut mixture.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes or until baked thoroughly.
