Ingredients
1
pound
chicken tenderloins
about 8 tenderloins
2
cups
frozen mixed vegetables
I thawed mine slightly first
1
red onion
chopped
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
black pepper and salt to taste
1
10 1/2 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1
cup
skim milk
2
cups
cooked brown rice
2
cups
2% shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Place all ingredients except the milk, rice and cheese in the slow cooker.
Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Remove chicken and shred, then place back into the slow cooker along with the milk, rice and cheese.
Cook until cheese is thoroughly melted.
