Chicken Apple Cranberry Salad Wraps {made with Greek yogurt}

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Flatout® Flatbreads I used ProteinUp™CarbDown® flatbread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine chicken, cranberries, walnuts, celery, apples and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Combine yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Add yogurt dressing to chicken, cranberries and walnuts. Stir until well coated.
  • Serve on flatbread, about 1/2 cup salad on each flatbread.
