Chicken Sausage Mozzarella Flatbread Pizza
A simple and nutritious flat bread pizza!
- 2 Flatout® Flatbreads I used the MultiGrain with Flax Flatout® Bread
- 2 mozzarella and spinach chicken sausages cooked and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- garlic powder
- basil
- olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place flatbread on cookie sheet and spray (or brush) edges with olive oil. Sprinkle edges with garlic powder.
Top flatbread with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, spinach, and sausage bites.
Sprinkle pizza with basil.
Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
