No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or other nut butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dry ingredients. Stir well.
  • Combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Stir well.
  • Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Roll into bites. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
