Ingredients

10 ounce container Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus

cup
cherry tomatoes
chopped
1
pepper
red, yellow or orange, chopped
3/4
cup
black beans
rinsed and drained
1
4 ounce can black olives, sliced
1/2
cup
Mexican-blend shredded cheese

tablespoons
fresh cilantro
chopped
Serve with: tortilla chips
pretzels, carrots or cucumber slices
Instructions
In a shallow dish, spread hummus evenly throughout bottom of dish.
Add remaining ingredients evenly on top of hummus.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Enjoy within two days.
