chicken tenderloins
about 2 pounds

medium onion
chopped
1
red pepper
chopped
3
tablespoons
taco seasoning
1
4 ounce can green chilies
1
cup
salsa
1
13.5 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
Toppings: cheddar cheese
sour cream, guacamole
Corn tortillas
optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks. And shredded chicken back into slow cooker. Cook for another 30 minutes.
Add to tortillas or serve with tortilla chips.
Add toppings as desired.
