Baked Beef and Black Bean Nachos

A simple and delicious way to serve nachos at home!

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups 2% Mexican cheese shredded
  • toppings: cilantro tomatoes, green onions, avocado, sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Over medium heat, add ground beef and taco seasoning to a skillet. Cook ground beef until no longer pink.
  • Stir in salsa and remove from heat.
  • Spread tortilla chips out evenly on a rimmed baking pan.
  • Sprinkle cheese over top of tortilla chips.
  • Place in preheated oven for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove and top with beef/salsa mix, and black beans.
  • Return pan to oven for another 5 minutes.
  • Top with additional toppings as desired.
