Combine 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and minced garlic.
Add steak strips to the marinade ingredients. Add steak to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Turn steak strips frequently, and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook.
Remove steak from skillet.
To the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
Over medium heat add carrots, pepper and pearl onions to skillet, cook until vegetables are tender. Add the steak to vegetables.
Add zucchini noodles to another skillet with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Cook zucchini noodles for about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Serve steak and vegetables over the zucchini noodles.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
If you prefer substitute brown rice in place of the zucchini noodles.
