Mexican Taco Flatbread Pizza

A simple Mexican-inspired pizza topped with plenty of vegetables and protein!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Flatout® Flatbreads I used the MultiGrain with Flax Flatout® Bread
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning equivalent to 1 packet
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup 2% Mexican-blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • sour cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Over medium heat, brown ground beef in a skillet and stir in taco seasoning.
  • Place Flatout® Flatbreads on a cutting board and spread 1/4 cup of guacamole onto each flatbread.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of beef over top of guacamole on each flatbread, followed by 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup tomatoes and 1 tablespoon cilantro. Top with sour cream if desired.
  • Slice pizza and serve immediately.
