Easy Breakfast Casserole

No chopping needed for this high-protein breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen Potatoes O' Brien
  • 1 cup 2% shredded sharp cheese
  • 7 1/2 ounces smoked turkey sausage cut into small pieces
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a small glass baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place the frozen potatoes, followed by the turkey sausage and cheese into the pan.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
  • Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
