Greek Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

Flatout® Flatbreads
I used ProteinUP Carb Down®, roasted red pepper
1/2
cup
roasted red pepper hummus
1
handful
about 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
1
pound
chicken breasts
cooked and cut into slices
1/2
cup
feta cheese crumbles
1
4 ounce can sliced black olives, drained and rinsed
1/2
cup
roasted red peppers
sliced (optional)
Instructions
Spread about 3 tablespoons of hummus on one half of each Flatout® Flatbread.
Top hummus with spinach, about 4 ounces of cooked chicken, followed by feta cheese, olives and roasted red peppers.
Wrap each up and serve immediately.
Notes
Wraps can be refrigerated and reheated in the microwave or toaster oven.
