In a bowl combine half and half, Irish cream (if desired), cocoa powder, honey and salt.

Add mix to blender cup followed by ice.

Blend using the "blend" feature, or until ice is well blended and mixture is a creamy texture.

Serve immediately and top with chocolate syrup and sprinkles if desired.
