Christmas Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter 2 sticks, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 granulated white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 chocolate candy bells

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • In a mixer, beat butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix well.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well in between. Mix in vanilla extract.
  • Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Evenly fill each mini muffin cup with the cookie dough. Make an indent in the center of each muffin cup.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are thoroughly baked.
  • Immediately add one chocolate bell to the center of each cookie cup.
  • Top with sprinkles.
