Roasted Acorn Squash

Ingredients
  

  • 1 acorn squash sliced about 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil.
  • Place sliced acorn squash evenly on baking pan.
  • Spray or drizzle squash with additional olive oil.
  • Sprinkle seasonings over top of acorn squash.
  • Cook for 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
