Ingredients

acorn squash
sliced about 1/2 inch thick
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
thyme
salt and black pepper to taste
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil.
Place sliced acorn squash evenly on baking pan.
Spray or drizzle squash with additional olive oil.
Sprinkle seasonings over top of acorn squash.
Cook for 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
