Simple Roasted Broccoli
An extremely easy way to cook broccoli!
- 2 (16-ounce) bags broccoli florets (frozen or fresh)
- 1-2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- black pepper and salt to taste
- olive oil
Preheat oven to 425°F.
If starting with frozen broccoli, microwave broccoli in two batches, each for about 5 minutes or until they are thawed.
Line a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil. (I use a Misto sprayer)
Place broccoli on baking pan in one layer and spray with olive oil again.
Sprinkle seasonings over broccoli.
Cook for 20 minutes or until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
